Datapoint: Health First Partners With Oscar for Member Tech Tools

Florida-based insurer Health First Health Plan on Tuesday said it has partnered with Oscar Health to leverage the startup’s array of tech tools. Health First’s Medicare Advantage and individual commercial members will have access to Oscar’s member engagement platform, which includes virtual urgent care and personalized care teams. Oscar will also begin managing some of Health First’s provider and broker services. Health First currently serves 38,117 Medicare Advantage lives and 18,975 individual members, most of whom are enrolled in Affordable Care Act exchange products.
