The top three Affordable Care Act exchange insurers, Centene Corp. (2.0 million lives), Florida Blue (1.2 million lives) and Molina Healthcare (719,000 lives), currently enroll 30.0% of the national market. Exchange enrollment is set to surge in 2022, as Healthcare.gov reported record sign-ups just before open enrollment closed Jan. 15.
