Datapoint: InnovAge Launches IPO

InnovAge Holding Corp., a Denver-based insurer that focuses on seniors who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid, on Feb. 24 announced the launch of its initial public offering. The company will be listed under the ticker symbol INNV on Nasdaq, and prices of initial shares are expected to be between $17 and $19 per share. InnovAge’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) plans currently serve 5,932 members in California, Colorado, New Mexico, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
