Datapoint: Oscar Partners With Colorado Health Systems in Statewide Expansion Effort

Startup insurer Oscar Health is partnering with three Colorado health systems as it prepares to offer individual and family plans statewide for the 2022 plan year, per an Oct. 21 press release. The partnerships, with UCHealth, University of Colorado Medicine, and Children’s Hospital Colorado, will give members access to each system’s provider network and expands Oscar Health’s “Care Guides” program. Oscar currently serves just 2,408 individual commercial members in Colorado.
