Reforms will include enhanced statewide community support programs, new dental benefits, increased integration for Medicare-Medicaid dual eligibles and a global payment program. More than 90% of California’s 12,809,310 Medicaid beneficiaries are currently enrolled in a Medi-Cal managed care plan.
