Datapoint: UnityPoint Health, HealthPartners to Offer New Small Group Plans in Iowa

Iowa-based health system UnityPoint Health will leverage its partnership with Midwest insurer HealthPartners to begin offering small group plans in Iowa, according to a July 12 press release. Rates for the new plans, which the companies say will offer both narrow and broad networks, will be available Oct. 1. The joint venture currently enrolls 59,876 members in Iowa. HealthPartners as a whole serves 1,021,271 lives throughout the upper Midwest.
