Datapoint: Bright Health Acquires Telehealth Platform

Health insurance startup Bright Health acquired telehealth company Zipnosis, Inc. on April 5, according to a statement from Zipnosis’ financial advisors. Bright Health, which is in the process of launching a $1 billion IPO, currently enrolls 155,103 medical lives in 11 states. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
