Sheri Jennelle

Client Success Director

As a Client Success Director, Sheri Jennelle helps the company’s largest pharma clients use data to achieve their business goals. She serves as an extension of clients’ internal teams, helping them to better understand and leverage their MMIT products to optimize their brands’ performance.

Tell us a little bit about your role.

I help clients get the most value from their MMIT solutions. My work centers on account management—understanding each client’s goals and ensuring our data supports them. A big part of my role is training and supporting the many stakeholders who use our data, from field sales reps to internal analysts.

How did you join the company? What in your background brought you to pharma?

I spent about 20 years on the manufacturer side, mostly in sales and product launches. For the last six years of that career, I worked as a field reimbursement manager, helping patients overcome access barriers to get on therapy. That patient-focused experience led a recruiter to reach out about a role in Client Success at MMIT, and I’ve now been here almost five years.

What does your day-to-day usually look like?

My days are filled with client interactions—emails, Teams meetings, and ongoing support. I also partner with internal teams to implement new solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure new projects are properly set up. Whether it’s onboarding, training, or general guidance, I’m there to support clients through every step.

What are some common challenges of your role?

Time management is always a challenge, especially when urgent issues arise. Prioritizing tasks while making every client feel supported is a balancing act. I focus on acknowledging requests quickly and following up with timely updates so clients know they can rely on me.

What’s been your career highlight to date?

Being recognized as a leader and trusted advisor at MMIT has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve been promoted from CSM to Client Success Director, Level II. I also serve as the training manager for our team, onboarding new hires through our five‑week program—something I truly enjoy.

What industry trends is MMIT uniquely positioned to help with?

Manufacturers are facing more complex questions and tighter budgets. Through Norstella, we can link multiple datasets and serve as a one‑stop shop, helping clients reduce vendors, cut costs, and get the insights they need—especially important as fewer drugs are approved each year and every new patient matters.

Which company principle resonates most with you?

A mix of ‘bold, passionate, and mission-first’ and ‘resiliency, mettle, and grit.’ You need passion for the patient journey and for client success, but also resilience to navigate custom projects, fast-paced changes, and new challenges every day.

What would you tell someone just starting their career with MMIT?

Every day is different, and it takes about six months to find your footing. Keep learning, ask questions, and don’t worry if you don’t know an answer right away—use your resources and follow up. Clients appreciate honesty and responsiveness.

What do you like most about working at MMIT?

The collaboration and support within Client Success. We have the autonomy to make decisions in the client’s best interest, and we serve as their voice internally. I love being the face of MMIT for our clients.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy great food and wine, spending time with family, kayaking, and interior design. And I adore my Shichon, Ringo—who is usually at my feet, happily tossing around a rock like it’s a toy.
