What’s your role at MMIT?

I serve as the CEO of MMIT. I feel fortunate to be part of such an amazing company with a meaningful mission, powerful principles and passionate colleagues. Our mission really resonates with me as navigating access is complex and we do our best to simplify it.

Also, our principles really make me proud of our company. We talk about learning, transparency, empathy and grit, and we mean it. These are characteristics that are important to me and the things that make us special. My guiding purpose it to create and maintain an environment where our employees can be their best and feel fulfilled with their work and accomplishments.

What’s the most rewarding aspect about your job?

I love the people at MMIT. I am inspired daily by their customer focus, pursuit of goals and challenges, and willingness to learn and evolve.  Everyone wants to help with our mission. When we have a challenge, we don’t dread it, we tackle it. Everyone wants to keep getting better. I love watching everyone develop as individuals and as an entire team. It’s inspiring!

What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?

I can’t live without competition. I view most competitions as a challenge on how I can learn, evolve and grow to be a better competitor. It’s actually not about winning and losing—it’s about how you play the game.

Tell us about your background.

Previously, I served as the COO for MMIT. Before that, I was the COO for Teletracking Technologies, Inc. and Tilt, Inc. I’ve also held senior leadership positions at Bayer HealthCare, Medrad and Andersen Consulting.

I have a bachelor’s degree in industrial management and information and decision support systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
